Advice & Tips: I first read about this in Science News in Sept 2007 - article is online at http://www.sciencenews.org/articles/20070922/bob8.asp. The supplement seemed safe, and it had some sound science behind it, so I thought I'd try it. I also told my neurologist, and she approved (thought it wouldn't hurt to try it). Although at first it seemed to help (I could racewalk again, for the first time in two years), I wasn't sure - I had recently started a new prescription drug. After a few months I stopped taking it, and it seemed to make no difference. I posted about this at https://www.patientslikeme.com/forum/show/62592.
