Advice & Tips: Recent medical studies show that taking Magnesium/calcium supplement have so significant benefits that are not already provided by a healthy diet. I eat a very healthy diet.

Advice & Tips: Calcium tablets were getting difficult to swallow. Started drinking more milk which seem to alleviate bowel problem.
