Advice & Tips: After using for a period of time I have learned to adjust for humidity and I have now gotten to a consistent 7 plus hours a night. I feel this helps my airways stay clear and may even help with any swallowing problems I may have had in the past. I do have more endurance since the inception of this machine and my AHI is a good average of 6 with many readings of 5 or lower, especially if I am able to get a nap in during the day.
Cost: < $25 monthly
