Advice & Tips: In Jan 2012 I started taking Metagenics Folapro 350 mcg (30 caps)@ $18 once a day ,until Swanson started making 800 mcg (30 caps) @ $6. I took only 1/2. Then they started carrying 400 mcg for $3.50 (30 caps), ($1.75 on BOGO)which I've taken everyday since. Folate (NOT folic acid) is crucial for FM to stimulate methylation. Taking Folate has made a MASSIVE difference in my health!
