Advice & Tips: I had to stop taking the Flexeril as my Insurance company said that Flexeril puts you at risk for falls. Bummer!!! I was also using Flexeril as a sleep aid which worked very well for me.

Advice & Tips: My doctor prescribes 3 Flexeril per day. If I took that many I would be a walking Zombie. I usally don't take more than 2 per day. My neck gives me terrible pain. My PCP adjusts my neck for me. My lower back also goes into spasms. I reallly am glad that my doctor gives me the Flexeril as I also get Charlie Horses at night and the Flexeril helps with those.
