Advice & Tips: I was using a walker in the past to help me with mobility. I was able to stop using it after I went through the LSVT Big Exercise Program and was feeling great. Then, I found out that this intense exercising, made me tear the meniscus in both my knees, and I had arthroscopic knee surgery on both knees on 11/3/10. I am doing rehab with my LSVT therapist, who wants me to use my walker again.
