Advice & Tips: Seems like this is better for people whose IBS goes from constipation to diarrhea, but for me it was mostly diarrhea and I'd prefer that over constipation

Dosage: 2 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: This stuff really works and you can eat anything, and work anywhere if you take it. I phased it out because the L-Glutamine powder seems to have rebalanced my digestive tract.
