Advice & Tips: Vitamin C is best taken as mixed ascorbates plus bioflavonoids to bowel tolerance every day. It is anti-neoplastic, antimicrobial, helps absorb food and other supplements and should be a major for health. My dose has reduced only because my sigmoid colon has gone and I need to re-build bowel tolerance using liposomal vitamin C. This supplement has helped me and my family for over 50 years.
