Dosage: 0.25 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: It is extremely potent. I was only taking the smallest dosage (.25 mg) at noon, and the sedating effects would kick in about an hour later and I couldn't stay awake. I would have to sleep for at least a few hours. Thinking of trying this again, either nightly or as needed.
