Dosage: 300 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: 300mg/morning. Felt a difference already the same night, could suddenly walk down a small flight of stairs easily without holding on to the door posts and taking one step at a time grimacing with joint pain. Also can sit down and stand up easily without pain in the knees. Must be because the muscles can actually work (more) properly. Still very recent, but have decided to look at other mito support supplements as this gave such spectacular (dr Myhills protocol) results.
Cost: $50-99 monthly
