Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that was isolated in 1930 and named calciferol. Since then more metabolites have been found and the two major forms of this vitamin are now known to be vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Advice & Tips: Neuro didn't prescribe this and I've taken it on my own through a lot of research. The biggest plus has been on my mental fitness while taking this drug-I don't feel like the brain fog has such control over me. I don't feel like I'm forgetting as much, either, as I had been. I really, really am happy with the results of taking Vitamin D. It took two to three weeks to notice any difference and I'm starting to notice more and more after about five weeks on it. Really excited about the progress with this!
