Advice & Tips: Use a slow rubbing motion up and down the length of the the neck and around the circumference of the neck. Be careful and gentle when you massage around the front of your neck. I have personally found the muscles on the side of my neck and the areas below the back of my ear to be the most beneficial areas to massage.
