Advice & Tips: I would recommend HRT strongly to women who are not at risk and take it close to entering menopause. I have improved mood, sleep and confidence. I lost weight, especially around the middle section, my hair and skin improved. I take estradiol and bio identical progesterone. I initially tried, and suffered major side effects from synthetic progestin, which I would not recommend.
