Advice & Tips: I have always had a problem of feeling like I can't stretch enough, so I know this helped a lot in the past, I have recently learned I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so it makes it harder to give a fair evaluation.

Advice & Tips: I must say that taking this medication prior to going to bed has helped with the leg cramping during the night. Also the dosage was increased from 2 to 3 times per day @ 20mg, of which now includes the evening dose.
