Advice & Tips: In order to avoid taking too much acetominophen or too much ibuprophen I alternate them, taking 2 IB at bedtime M, W, F, Sun, and 2 acetaminophen Tu, Th, Sat.

Dosage: 2600 mg Three times daily
Advice & Tips: Don't take too much if 1,000mg isn't helping. If this dose doesn't help, 2,000mg or more. I took 2,400mg (Tylenol 4) still didn't get much relief. The tiny bit of relief was from the 480mg of codeine. NEVER TAKE THIS MUCH CODEINE! I have such a ridiculous tolerance for opioids that average pain medication does nothing with the normal dose. This amount can KILL some people. If it doesn't kill, you'll get very sick.
