Advice & Tips: Advise? How about suggestions? Be true to yourself as you need to become totally in-tune to your body. Not easy when you've got what everyone thinks to pollute your mind. Humour is the BEST MEDICINE Read the book by Editor NORMAN COUSINS - not suppose to live BUT DID and how, I've sort of done my best to live like that too, BUT it's not easy. When I got the phone call from Inge, with another patient she'd suggested to TRY XANGO, so after a few years, I broke down, an notice what happens everytime I go back and forth to listen better to my body. This September, I AIM on creating some HAPPINESS and NO-MORE DEPRESSION workshops IF I don't succumb to any Cortesone or Betaferon... I just want to focus more on what my viral issues that try to work on breaking down my Myline.
