Advice & Tips: I have now switched to having my pharmacist compound hydrocodone without any tylenol in it.  My doctor was hesitant to prescribe this for me because my kidney function has deteriorated recently, and to my surprise he did not know the pharmacy could compound it.  I knew because I have a dog, and they cannot have the tylenol (at least, it doesn't help them any, and it makes cats very sick).  So, if you are interred, you must first find a compounding pharmacist  (mail order is an option, and you may have to educate your MD.
