Advice & Tips: I use a device called an "Alpha-Stim" (approx $600) to pass current through my cranium by means of electrodes attached to my ear lobes. A 20-minute session is deeply relaxing and the best "meditation" I have experienced in many years. It calms the mind as well as any meditation practice I have used. Plus, it makes me drowsy - ideal to use just before going to bed.
