Advice & Tips: At my Sept 13, 2010 appointment, my neurologist noticed I was having some dyskinesias. So I decided to reduce my dosage of sinemet CR from three per day to one per day. I take two sinemet, plus one Comtan, three times daily. The first dose of the day, I also take one sinemet CR. As of Jan 3, 2011 I usually am on most of the day (starting about half an hour after my first dose), until 7 or 8 PM.
