Advice & Tips: I thought this was going to be completely useless--having a support worker come into my home and talk to me or help me do things once a week. But it's actually been incredibly helpful, and I would recommend it to anyone with the opportunity and the need. My anxiety about doing things outside the home has much decreased, and my anxiety about doing things in general has decreased a bit. My depression hasn't really changed.
