Generic name: Oxybutynin

Oxytrol® is a transdermal system for the delivery of 3.9mg of oxybutynin, an antispasmodic used in the treatment of neurogenic bladder, urgency, frequency, and urge incontinence. The patch is usually applied 3-4 times per week.

Advice & Tips: I switched to a topical gel called Gelnique versus the Oxytrol patch. The patch caused a rash.

Advice & Tips: This has been an excellent bladder control med for me. I chose to take the pills instead of using the patch. I'd also recommend this med to anyone with serious bladder issues.
