Advice & Tips: 45 minutes of exercise to gain energy for the rest of the day and into the night. Worth it!

Advice & Tips: Was using friends pool, had to stop when weather changed. Got to spend extra time with friend was a wonderful benefit. The water workouts are wonderful if done carefully, plus the added vitamin D from sunlight very healthy. Eased daily mobility of joints greatly.
