Advice & Tips: After taking it a month, I couldn't tell the difference in energy. I have been off of it for about 10 days and still don't seem to have any reduction in energy. So, I am not sure how much it helped. I do know that it didn't hurt to take it, but it's not enough evidence to continue it... at least for me.

Advice & Tips: Originally prescribed by my neurologist, after a muscle biopsy diagnosis of myofibrillar myopathy, I continue to take it for heart health. It seems to be safe and has no apparent side-effects. I have since been diagnosed with MND/Suspected ALS.
