Advice & Tips: I saw a huge increase in my energy level. I became more active and I noticed that I did not lay down and rest as often. I don't believe that I have any side effects. It is a little difficult since you need to take it before you eat, like 1/2 hour. It is very helpful.

Advice & Tips: My Neurologists at the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne Australia tuned my DBS neuro-stimulator so that I no longer take Entacapone and I reduced the amount of Levadopa and Carbidopa That I am taking.I am taking Mirtazone and Sifrol.

Advice & Tips: Timing is important, I is taking them every 8 hours and that is bad. Now I'm taking them about every six hours during the day and I don't get tired and have cramps in the evening. I still wake up OK. I use a pill box, 7x3 to help remember.
