Dosage: 500 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: due to frequency of my shingles outbreaks, i always kept it onhand and then one day my Dr. suggest we try a daily dose which has worked well at keeping the outbreaks under control. when i did not take daily, I could tell when the shingles were coming on and would start taking as soon as possible. The sooner I started taking the better off I was. The quicker it was gone.

Advice & Tips: One week at 1g three times a day has not had the dramatic effect expected. I still have a patch of weeping/crusting eczema and my face still has a dry rash that has not improved in the last three days of treatment. Reconsidering the diagnosis now.
