Advice & Tips: Remember woks best when taken with food! if not seems to do very little also remember todrink lot of water(or laxido) whilst eating. drink it this stuff quick othe wise it will be like drinking pureed frog spawn. combines well with laxido.

Advice & Tips: The 3 Tbsp I take daily weighs 13 grams, by my own scale. I buy it in bulk at the Bulk Barn for $7.00 a pound. It cost me about $5 a month. The psyllium works so well that I've stopped making daily entries in my health log. I would say that my constipation is pretty much "cured" by my taking psyllium daily.

Advice & Tips: I mix the 3 T psyllium in an 8 oz glass of cold water. I stir every ten seconds. when the swelled up psyllium reaches the bottom of the glass, it is time to drink it. If I wait too long to drink it, it gets too thick. For a while, I took 4 tbsp/day which caused my stool to be too loose at times, so I reduced the dose to 3 tbsp, which seems about right.
