Advice & Tips: It's basically cereal dust. Mixing it with water creates a thick juice. Usually they put some orange flavour, but I also mix it with apple juice and it tastes good. ADVICE: - Some brands put an effervescent thing in the dust so you end up getting cereal-tasting sparkling water, and it's not a good mix in my opinion, so better ask the chemist to make sure. - This goes directly into the intestines so the effects are seen 12-24 hours later. Therefore I highly recommend never skipping it, because if I skip it one day, I have diarrhea the next one (never fails)
