Advice & Tips: I ended up with too much Potassium in my system which caused severe joint pain, mostly in my ankles. When I stopped the Potassium, the pain stopped.

Advice & Tips: I seem to have developed a problem with low potassium in my blood as I have aged and with all of the meds I take. In hospital, we were encouraged to take Potassium supplements when our blood counts dropped, so with my doctor's approval, I continued a lower dose supplement once discharged.
