  • Side effects
    Severe (overwhelming fatigue, sleepiness)
  • Adherence
    Always
  • Burden

Advice & Tips: Got more and more fatigued. It crept up on me, so took me a good while to realize it was the NAC causing it. Already housebound, but became more or less bedbound within three-four weeks. The last week before I realized the culprit I slept for a whole week and could not take on anything. Awake for only hours at a time. Got back to normal within two days after I stopped. Same reaction as when I tried MSM but slower/less obvious.
