Dosage: 1 mL Daily
Advice & Tips: Tried again with just a pinch (knivsudd) three nights in a row in large glass of water with little lemon or ascorbic acid. Felt absolutely awful: hard to get to sleep, nausea and totally drained. just lay on the couch or in bed unable to do anything or even think about doing anything.
