Advice & Tips: Possible unexpected benefits could include weight loss, but I'm not noticing that. Sometimes taking it sufficiently before I have my breakfast cereal (with milk) in the morning is a bit of a challenge. But everything seems to be behaving in the blood work, so I'm not impeding its assistance too much.
