Advice & Tips: Seemed to have a little more energy, but it could have been my expectations. CD4 count, which is why I started it, did not improve. The stuff collected on my teeth so bad the dental assistant accused me of not brushing my teeth.

Advice & Tips: I heard about this on this site. I take a "minimum" dose of a spoonful (500 mg) in the morning, stirred up in generic Boost Plus and a spoonful at night stirred into limeade or soy milk. I won't know if it is increasing my CD4 for a while yet but I recently learned a new job at work and while I kept my usual notes I seemed to grasp it more easily than my usual norm. It also lets me skip the Imodium, but I keep it around just in case I need it.
