2 patient evaluations for Hypnosis

Jul 16, 2013 (Started Jul 16, 2013)

  • Effectiveness
Major (for I provide this treatment for others, usually to remove the thought process that keeps them awake. It usually only takes one session)
  • Side effects
  • Adherence
  • Burden
Not at all hard to take
Dosage: One time
Advice & Tips: You are what you eat, drink and think. The thought process is behind all our physical processes and provides us with the strength and ability to fight off illness or it can flood us with unwanted chemicals and hormones that provide an environment that causes ill health. Every day millions of cells are replaced and they adapt to the environment that is produced by our thoughts. Change your thoughts and you change your life. Personally I deal with this in one session of hypnosis or NLP as these are techniques I teach to change thoughts and therby your internal chemistry.

  • Effectiveness
    Moderate (for Other)
  • Side effects
  • Adherence
  • Burden
    A little hard to take
Dosage: 3 Daily
Advice & Tips: It can take time for the effects of the hypnosis to become apparent. It took a few months before I noticed significant benefits. The quality of the sound is very important if using a recorded session for self hypnosis. I find it particulary useful to do just prior to important events. I find the effects last a few hours at a time now
