Advice & Tips: The ingredient in my headache stick is Levomenthol. The brand name is 4Head. Once you have a headache coming on you rub the stick over the area on your forehead. About 5 mins later you experience a wonderful cool tingling effect that feels nice and calming. The menthol also has an analgesic effect and takes away the pain. It has not failed me yet. You do have to be careful not to get the stick too warm as it can melt and don't get it too close to the eyes or they will run, although in my case due to the dry eyes this is not too much of a bad thing! According to box lasts around 1000 applications!
