Advice & Tips: This doesn't heal the pain or make it go away long term but it does interupt the pain cycle and give me some much needed relief. I would recomend this to anyone who has chronic pain! The unit cost me $450, I don't pay that monthly but there is no option for a once only expense.
Cost: $200+ monthly

Advice & Tips: It's inconvenient and takes a few minutes to attach the machine, but when the pain is unbearable it is great to have around. It doesn't cure anything but it temporarily interupts pain signals for a break from the pain.

Advice & Tips: Have a consult with a PT and have them show the appropriate way to place electrodes and how to use the different settings. Can be confusing at first and than as the person gets more familiar with where electrode placement gives the most pain control, it gets easier to place electrodes in the right place the first time.
