Doxorubicin-cyclophosphamide-paclitaxel-trastuzumab, also known as AC-TH, is a regimen that may be used for the treatment of breast cancer. It contains the anticancer agents doxorubicin (Adriamycin®), cyclophosphamide, paclitaxel (Taxol®), and trastuzumab (Herceptin®).
