Advice & Tips: The day right after the injection was bad. My shoulder and arm hurt a lot but after that the pain was gone. The pain is slowly coming back but still is not as bad as it was.

Advice & Tips: I had the cortisone shot about a month apart in lower spine for L4 and L5, and didn't really help, so we decided to quit them. Besides they are expensive.
