In Ayurvedic medicine, turmeric is thought to have many medicinal properties and many in India use it as a readily available antiseptic for cuts, burns and bruises. It has fluoride which is thought to be essential for teeth. It is also used as an antibacterial.
Advice & Tips:
It has been mildly helpful with the tightness in my forearms and back, especially on days I don't run. However, I don't know if that is all Turmeric or better stretches.

I had a C-Reactive Protein test done for an observational clinical trial. My best number has been about 6. (Yes, significantly > .8) My number then was .61 or something like that. Totally normal.
