Agomelatine, (trade names Valdoxan, Melitor, Thymanax) is a melatonergic antidepressant not currently available in the US. Due to its unique profile it has not been associated with weight gain, sexual side effects, or withdrawal syndrome as experienced with other antidepressants.

Advice & Tips: I'm unsure of weight gain however appetite definitely improved. Nausea in morning is gone. Energy in mornings better - could be current steroid use. Overall joint pain appears to have decreased. Side effects are above, however App wouldn't let me add them.
