Advice & Tips: Although my neuro said that I would see immediate results, it was nearly 2 weeks before I saw anysignificant results. Before the 2 weeks, my progress on Azilect was uneven. My symptoms would get better and then worse than before. It has now been 4 weeks. My progress still seems uneven/spotty.I believe that there is room for improvement. It is almost like Azilect is working, but not all the way.

Advice & Tips: AZLECT was a wonder drug for me. The Dr, hsd tried everyting else but decided to try Azlect, Within 3 days i was feeling normal, had lots of energy, balance was better,no slurring of word. ait was wonderful. I ALSO TAKE mirapex for tremors.My life was back to how i knew it before.

Advice & Tips: Azilect is still effective. No changes. For insurance, I have private insurance through MNSure. MNSure is a broker and adheres or is part of the Affordable Care Act. My premiums are about 30-40% reduced through a tax scheme. No deductable, no copays due to cost sharing status. Status acquired because of tribal affiliation.

About two weeks later I found tht i had a slight tear at the back of my eye thatcause a partial loss of vision. 18 months later i have laser surgery to cauterize the tear. My vision is better but remains slightly impaired.

Advice & Tips: I may stop taking it because I don't know that it is helping me. My neurologist agrees that it is Ok to try without it to see if if is currently giving me benefits or not. Advice & Tips: It lets me walk almost normally (once I get started) and permitted me to reduce Requip and some its negative effects. It is very expensive and causes my family to quickly reach my max out of pocket prescription costs of $1,500.00. So, for most of the year there is no cost to me, because my prescription insurance picks up all cost after we reach the Max.
