Advice & Tips: Provigil is the most successful treatment I have had. It overcomes fatigue enough to make my days enjoyable, using the computer(Dasher) and having the attentionspan to read and engage in other intellectual pursuits.

Advice & Tips: I have not noticed it is helping me yet. We are working on increasing the dosage to see if that will help, however I am noting chest pains which I was passing off as heart burn. We are now considering this to be a side effect of the medication that needs to be watched as I increase the meds.
