Advice & Tips: Provigil has helped me to stay awake for longer periods of time. When there are days that I am totally exhausted, I can fall asleep even though I have taken the proper dose. I also find that this medication effects me differently on different days, sometimes it keeps me awake, sometimes I can fall asleep even though I've taken the proper dose, and sometimes it makes me hyperactive and I can't sleep all day and all night.

Advice & Tips: Provigil use to help me more with my lassitude fatigue. I've been taken Provigil for at least eight years. I've notice that the drug does not seem to be working as well.

Advice & Tips: Only complete relief for Narcoleptic symptoms I have ever found. I expected it to wake me up but it made me feel like an entirely new person. I had completely forgotten what being awake felt like! Unfortunately after my two week free trial insurance denied it. :/ have never been so happy with a medication since.

Advice & Tips: I have not noticed it is helping me yet. We are working on increasing the dosage to see if that will help, however I am noting chest pains which I was passing off as heart burn. We are now considering this to be a side effect of the medication that needs to be watched as I increase the meds.

Advice & Tips: Provigil has enabled me to stay awake and function all day, without it I fall asleep when I am sitting down longer than 15 minutes. I am still able to nap or rest, even if I just took it and it does not make me nervous or jittery.
