Advice & Tips: DUE TO BEING INJURED WITH A HERNIATED DISC AND NOT HAVING TO GO TO WORK,I AM ABLE TO CONSERVE MORE ENERGY. I AM ABLE TO LET MY BODY RUN IT'S NATURAL COURSE. I DEAL WITH FATIGUE BY RESTING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. WHEN I AM ABLE TO RETURN TO WORK,OR MAYBE WHEN EVERYTHING CALMS DOWN TO NORMAL?? I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE TO ,AND I MEAN DEFINITELY RE-START THIS MEDICATION.WITHOUT PROVIGIL, I CAN'T MAKE IT 5 HOURS WITHOUT WANTING TO GO TO SLEEP.I HAVE BEEN THROUGH QUITE AN ORDEAL,ANXIETY LEVELS HIGHEST EVER IN MY LIFE. Advice & Tips: I take this as needed, usually not more than 5 times a week. I feel great and I am on the lowest dose. I do not feel sped up at all, but it really helps with the fatigue.

Advice & Tips: Adderall XR is a MUCH less expensive alternative and has worked JUST as well for me. I still have SOME of the side effects, but they are not NEARLY as pronounced as with Provigil.

Advice & Tips: getting on the lexapro and giving that about a month was the thing that helped the provigil have a better effectiveness in treating my fatigue and also helping me focus and deals with the depression all at the same time now. lexapro is the 1st anti-depressant that has ever had a good effect on me
