Advice & Tips: This medication is good for relaxing muscles that are always tight & painful. However, it takes a while to get used to the "floating" feeling that Flexeril gives you. Especially when you take it during the day. I am finally getting used to it, but my brain takes a little longer to register, and I let my best friend do all the driving.

Advice & Tips: I take it 3 times a day, if I miss a dose my feet will cramp up on me. I did get tired at first when I started to take the medicine. Sometime you might experience a restless leg syndrom while taking this drug. I have to take this religiously.

Advice & Tips: Flexiril or Cyclobenzaprine is wonderful at relieving muscle cramping and it helps me to sleep also, but be prepared to have difficulty waking up, it is like you could sleep for a week. It has greatly improved my life enough so that some of my co-workers have asked their doctors to prescribe for their conditions.

Advice & Tips: Since stARTING ldn, it has helped with thw all over body pain, but the pain from the deteroration in my lower spine will always be there. lDN has certenily helped with some of the chronic, but I have to always watch so that it doesn't grt out of control The Flexeril kieeps this from happining. Without it I'm sure I wouldn't be able to control it with just LDN.
