Advice & Tips: Take exactly as prescribed! NO DEVIATIONS. OxyContin ARE TO BE SWALLOWED WHOLE. NOT BROKEN, CHEWED, OR CRUSHED. TAKING BROKEN, CHEWED, OR CRUSHED OxyContin TABLETS LEADS TO RAPID RELEASE AND ABSORPTION OF A POTENTIALLY FATAL DOSE OF OXYCODONE. be careful what you eat or drink with it. Even a fatty meal can increase its absorption by 27%. Need to take laxative or eat lots of fiber and drink water to prevent constipation.

Advice & Tips: I'VE BEEN ON THIS MEDICATION ABOUT 2 YEARS AND THE EFFECTS ON MY PAIN HAVE BEEN GREATLY DIMINISHED. I WILL SPEAK WITH MY PRIMARY PHYSICIAN ON MY NEXT APPOINTMENT DAY. I REALLY THINK I NEED SOMETHING STRONGER.
