Advice & Tips: HCTZ is cheap, but works mainly for mild to moderate high PB. I returned to it to see if it would work for me, but no longer strong enough, so back to Hyzaar

Advice & Tips: Family history of hypertension, of began treatment prior to FMS symptoms. Take it in morning during wash and brush. Easy habit. Does require supplement potassium taken with dinner. Keep bottle by dinner place and easy to add.

Advice & Tips: I hadn't paid much attention to my elimination--urine and feces--they had always been o.k. so I didn't get very excited about it. Eventually I realized I had better keep track of my urine output and notice more about my body systems.

Advice & Tips: My blood pressure dropped below normal, probably caused by the Parkinsonian drugs. I had previously decreased treatment to 4 per week. Since I stopped treatment, my BP has averaged 125-130 / 177-185.
