Advice & Tips: I dont think it does much ive tested my other meds on theyre own without the Ibuprofen and they still treat the pain, so not sure if they actually help the pain or im just having a less pain kinda day!

Advice & Tips: After taking 3-4 200mg tablets every 4-6 hours for several months, I began to experience side effects like stomach bleeding and a rash. I had been taking Ibuprofen steadily for years, and now take Aleve.

Dosage: 1600 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: I find that if I take the Ibuprofen with the MS Contin, it adds to the pain relieving effect of both drugs. I don't get heartburn a lot, but when I do, usually Maalox or Tums takes care of it. I am also on Prilosec daily as a preventive measure against ulcers.
