Advice & Tips: I only take this maybe a handful of times through the year for major panic/paranoia events related to my bipolar disorder. I overally have a very good control and handle on the manic side of my bipolar disorder and I'm capable of talking myself down from panic attacks. When the self help techniques do not work, I will take this as it do calm me down quickly.

Advice & Tips: I have no bad side effects from the drug itself, however since I have been on it for so long, I can not go without it. By not getting my refill in time on a Friday, I had to go without it all weekend and went through living hell until Sunday night when I finally got hold of my doctor. At this time, I do not know if I could stop taking this medication without help from possibly some other drug. If I do not take the afternoon tablet, I experience a tightness in my chest, feel anxious and get upset easily, which in turn just makes the first 2 symptoms worse...
