Advice & Tips: I always think twice before taking this medication. Its extreme efficacy and short half life make it very addictive. I am decreasing my daily dossage, taking it only if anxiety is very severe.

Advice & Tips: I originally wouldn't take them as perscribed because I had heard they were addictive; but my Psychiatrist said you aren't the type to be addicted to them. I can't leave the house without them, I need them within reach at all times. They definitely do the job, but I can't imagine my life without them.

Advice & Tips: All I can say is take as prescribed. Ihave such bad panic attacks that I can't help but take one in themiddle of the day when I get one. My usual time is always morning, and always before bedtime. Helps with restless leg syndrome. but when you take that extra one it is one short and when you run out . Let's put it this way , you want to pull your hair out, you definitley can't sleep. Irritablity and any little thing sets me off and when I have a panic attack it's not good.
