Advice & Tips: Try a small amout the frist time you take Zanaflex and always be in or very close to your bed b/c you will be very sleepy very quickly!!!!

Advice & Tips: I take all 3 of my pills at night, I only take them just before going to bed, my family call these my loopy pills. I don't have leg issues with these pills. I can't take these during the day as they'lll literally knock me out like a light.

Advice & Tips: Take as directed. I could never take it during the day, made me way too sleepy. Over time, I found that it lost its effect for me, but helped tremendously for the first few years.
