Advice & Tips:
I've been on this for a few yrs now. It has helped a bit more than previous meds, but without the combo of pain meds, natural supplements and going gluten-free, it is only a mild improvement.
I can definitely tell when I'm an hour or 2 late for taking it because the pain creeps in significantly. This makes me worry that it's more of a drug-dependence (withdrawl) for my body, than my typical pain, but bc I get all over nerve pain, it's hard to differentiate. I don't have this problem with my pain meds and have also been on them for years.
Also, my memory and cognitive functioning has been decreasing and it's very difficult to tell if that's med related or something else is going on.
As far as, energy, it continues to deplete, but that could be Thyroid related or something else.
I still prefer these over the other meds I've tried for allodynia, nerve pain and Fibromyalgia.

Advice & Tips:
Make sure that you eat a solid meal before taking and don't plan time drive. The nausea and dizziness is enough to make you uncoordinated. For me luckily, the side effects, other than the nausea, have decreased a little.
